Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively and cannot be replaced at short notice.
Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the booked service.
This must be settled before any future appointments can be made.

The final length is decided early in the appointment. Changes after completion require additional time.
