Cancellation Policy

​Appointments are reserved exclusively and cannot be replaced at short notice.​

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee, typically 50% of the service.

Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before future bookings can be confirmed.
